Swiss Brewing Art

YEAAH is a true art of Swiss brewing from the Locher brewery in Appenzell – but don’t mistake it for a beer. The fermentation process of our Hard Seltzer is very similar to that of beer: water and barley malt are the basic ingredients of YEAAH - yet no hops are added. So neither the taste nor the appearance can be compared to beer.
